On the 10th of March 2011, I first developed symptons of this illness. It was a normal day, no drugs or alcohol consumed and woke up to find no power in my left leg, headache and no full control of the movemen of my left leg resulting in frequent falls. Was on two crutches for 3 years but after alot of physiotherapy and rehabilitaion I transitioned to only need a cane to walk. I have chronic pain in my neck, back and legs which is reliefed by sports massage, stretching and yoga. This is a snippet of my health story for illustration purposes on here.
